Any other nursing moms using this app? How do you account for the extra calories needed while breastfeeding? There should really be an option for that when setting your goals.

There is an entry for breastfeeding in the database if you do a search. You can add it to your diary.
There's also a group for breastfeeding mums. Not sure the search function for groups is fixed though but I know I spotted it when I was scrolling recently. Not sure how active the group is.

My baby is just about 4 months and we breastfeed. I've been on here two months now. you can add in breastfeeding at 300 or 500 calories either as an exercise or a negative food. If you're exclusively breastfeeding below six months 500 is good if baby has anything else it might be better to use 300.0

I always just added 500 calories for BF.0

People say to deduct 300, but honestly I found I didn't burn ANY extra calories from breastfeeding! I would just keep an eye on your weight as long as your milk supply and go from there!0
