I'm new to MFP but prior to this I've done WW, used the Lose It app, etc. For two months I've been doing C25K training (couch to 5k app on the iphone) and tracking my food but now I'm moving here because I need support. I felt like I was all alone but my sister (ilovemyjacks) just started here so I thought I'd give it a whirl so we can support each other and find others to hold us accountable and inspire us.
