Sorry for the uniform pics, i work a LOT.

The pics are dated for reference. So far I'm down 68lbs in just under 7 months. In 10 days, it'll be 7 full months. I STILL have a LOOOONG way to go, no need to remind me, lol.

    You have lost the amount that is my goal. I wondered how that much of a weight loss would look and now I know. You can really see the difference, even in your face.

    I hope to be posting my own pics like yours in a year or so. Thanks for the inspiration.

    old pic was 406lbs
    new pic is 338lbs
    = -68lb

    I weighed 330, two years ago, when i was hired as an EMT. It's nice to feel like I'm going back in time like that. But i know it's an uphill (for downhill) battle.

    I see the biggest difference in your face. You look like 2 different people in those pics.

    Great job man! It takes a terrific amount of discipline to drop that much weight. Stick with it, it's obvious you got this weight loss thing figured out.
