Hi, I'm back to using MFP, I used this app at the start of the year to lose 15 kilos, but stopped around march and now I need to lose about 4-5 kilos because I am going on a cruise in January. I would really appreciate it if a knowledgeable MFP member would critique my food Diary and let me know if I am on the right track.
Thanks
Thanks

Looks fine for the most part.
Fruit seems to off the menu? Dairy is a bit low too. Some days you haven't added milk to breakfast with your porridge? If you are not big on milk or cheese, do make sure you eat other foods with high calcium or take calcium supplements.
Make sure you are getting plenty of veges...I noticed one day for one meal you had bread plus 2 minute noodles with tuna(?) perhaps you could have gone with out the bread or noodles and substituted vegetables instead.

Overall it looks fairly good to me. Some days over goal but the macros look like you are eating fairly balanced. What do you currently have your loss goal set at?0

Somedays you eat over and some days you eat under your calories goals. I don't know what that means if you want to lose weight. Besides that your diary looks fine.0

There is very little to review, just a few days worth.
I would say to increase your veg. You are no where near getting enough. Are you lactose intolerant? If so then you might want to track your calcium and supplement if short.
Other wise it looks fine to lose weight.0 -

I'm not a fan of fruit, the occasional banana is the most fruit I would eat. And I put water on my porriage, not a fan of milk either, I use milk substitutes like rice milk or soy to drink. I do love cheese though, but there are a lot of calories in it , 25 grams has 102 calories and 25 grams is not much I would have to eat a lot of cheese to get enough calcium. What are some other high calcium foods besides, Diary?0 -

So I want to lose 5 kgs and I would like to lose 1 kg a week... Probably a bit high, 500 grams is probably more realistic.0 -

Not lactose I intolerant, like I said above not a fan of milk. How would you suggest I get more veg into my diet? Its summer here as well, so cooking or steaming veg is not a possibility, way too hot.0 -
Snack on raw veggies, salads etc. Carrot sticks, pickles, celery sticks.
Your calcium is more worrying though, what about adding in cottage cheese or natural yoghurt?0 -

Not a fan of cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt could be an option. I'll have a Google and see what the Greek yoghurt info is telling me.0
