Weight loss buddy??

i am constantly going off track and binging I know that if I could just stick to my diet I would see results but I keep seeming to just binge. I would really like someone who could help and motivate me to stay out track and I could do the same! My goal is to lose 15lbs I've lost 5 so far but it's been 3months and I'd like to lose more any body?
