Starting this new journey for my wedding next year and the diet part is tough for me. Anyone with a great meal plan? I want to lose 30+ pounds by November 2016

First stop using the word diet. Try eating healthy to get leaner and stronger. I would start by making small weight loss goals. Set up an exercise plan that incorporates activities you enjoy. Log your food daily. Buy a food scale and start by eating 5-6 smaller meals daily. LOTS of H2O is a must. Good luck and enjoy.
