Hi everyone. I struggle with my weight like most here. I have found that this site has helped me in the past but when i think i can go without i do terrible. I have been working on my fitness and now need to get my food on track. If your serious and can help hold me accountable i would love to be friends!

Hi and welcome!! Maybe some struggle with weight loss but not most. You do not need to deny foods you love just find a way to make them fit into your calories for the day. read this
