If I open up my food diary, can you give me advice?

I am new to the MFP. I am wondering if some of you who have been doing this for a while or knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness in general could give me some advice on eating, logging, exercising, any tips that I might need moving forward. I have tried to be very strict with this and I would like to continue to live a healthy lifestyle.
I do not know how to open up my diary, by the way.

You might want to open your diary so we can look. Also, its beneficial to also post your stats and exercise program.0

What are your goals? Are you trying to lose weight, maintain, build muscle, improve your workouts?
Generic advice would be - get a food scale if you aren't using one. Log accurately and consistently and look for trends over time.0 -
One question. How are you calculating your exercise calories?
Also, if the calorie burn is approximately right, you're undereating by a lot every day. If you set your goal to lose 1 or 2 lbs or whatever a week, you don't need to eat in more of a deficit. It's already built into your calorie goal.
Others will have more advice. I just hate seeing people not eat everything they can if they can still lose weight.0 -
Make sure to weigh all your fruit! When I first started logging on MFP I was eating a lot of fruit and not entering it correctly- the calories add up quick and was stalling my loss.0

Not enough food overall (unless you underestimate the stuff you're not weighing). You should really aim to eat back half your exercise calories. Love the notes!0

I am 5'11 tall, 175 lbs, 36 years old. I put my goal weight as 170 but honestly that doesn't make that much of a difference to me now. I usually do a light cardio for around 60 or 70 minutes every day during the week and maybe a long walk/jog on Sat and Sun. I also have just started doing a short 15 minute body weight circuit at night. I am more about staying healthy and maintaing a healthy lifestyle.
I think I have been doing MFP for around 18 or 19 days. However I started eating healthy around 36 days ago. I do not know my exact weight when I started but I have lost around 20/25 pounds eating and working out this way. My weight loss has slowed a little as of late which is to be expected. However I am doing this to be more healthy more than to lose weight. It has been pretty cool to see my 8 and 7 year old start eating healthier and doing their "workouts" at night as well. That in itself has been worth every second of it.
I measure and weigh everything except for fruit (which is a good suggestion) and when I have eaten out at a restaurant (only a few times.) My exercise comes from map my run app. It sincs to MFP and enters the exercise numbers for me. If I need to adjust those numbers I can. I have just started doing 15 minutes of body weight circuit training at night. I can adjust those numbers if I don't really burn 200 or so calories doing the circuit training.
My main goal of this post is to pick up any tips I can. I like logging my food and having the information to see for myself where I am at. I do believe I have a lot to learn about eating healthier, cooking, logging, exercising, the whole bit. I am just trying to pick up anything I can.
In just reading the posts above I have read the suggestions that I am not eating enough calories. I have read that my exercise calories burned are probably too high. I need to start measuring fruit. Make sure that I am measuring all of my food.
