What are the most healthy, filling snacks? I need to try new things to find what I really love to munch on that won't add a tire around my waste! And add me if you need more support on your fitness journey because I know I like the encouragement!

I like to get as many macros in my snack as possible so it is filling. So it can be:

    Apple with peanut butter
    Cheese and crackers
    Edamame seed pods
    1/2 a protein bar
    Yogurt and 1/2 banana
Hard boiled egg and a rice cake
Air popped popcorn and a tablespoon of peanuts
    Celery and laughing cow wedgie

Thank you! I eat a lot of bananas and yogurt, but I'll definitely have to try everything to keep variety :)

Tuna and crackers!! Tuna packs a ton of protein and the serving size is a lot for only 70 calories! I mix it with pepper and maybe a lemon or olive oil mayo (adds 80 calories) and then any crackers (usually 10)! Definitely a favorite.
Another one is to have two bowls of plain salad. I use dressing but its your choice, and it has a crazy amount of fiber so I end up super full.
Also, fruits are good snacks, a glass of milk, and another good one is a quesadilla fajita (vegetarian style)! Its a multigrain flax seed flatbread by Fit&Active with 1/3 cup of cheese, sautéed slices of bell peppers and onions, covered in spices like pepper/rosemary/salt!

Omg all of that sounds really yummy! I've never been a huge fish person, but I need to start making myself eat fish! It has so many benefits! Thank you!
