My current struggle is reclaiming good nutrition. I have always eaten well, but for the last few months I have lost that desire. I don't feel well anymore. Time for a tune up!0 -
Great! I'm in. These will probably be my last 5 lbs. Then I decide to lose 5 more or maintain. The last 5 are the hardest to lose. BTW the holidays will be a challenge. Let's do this.0

Hey all! This is my first time joining a group and it came just in time. Before Thanksgiving I stayed the same weight for 2 weeks then after the holiday I gain 1.2 pounds, not the direction I wanted it to go. The last couple of months it has been difficult saying no to snacks and that is my biggest problem. With this month I hope to get back on track.

I'm in! My original goal in September was 150 before Christmas, that's not happening, but under 155 is definitely doable! I just need a kick up the butt and this challenge is perfect!

December is going to be tough, but totally doable, glad I restarted my journey beginning of October. I lost half the weight needed when I first joined MFP in a few months but then came Xmas and I got lazy and kept gaining and losing the same 7lbs for the next two years. Determined not to let Xmas get in my way this year0 -
Hey, I am starting over again on this site. I have lost about 40 pounds before and was able to keep it off for the year. But now I am wanting to get serious because I have a nephew that I want to play around with.

Right now I am struggling to find time for workouts. I am a graphic/web designer and I have two jobs that take up most of my days but I am looking up small workout challenges that take a few minutes each day to work up my strength until I can get a routine down.

I forgot to add my struggle. A couple of years ago I was well on my way to fitness, but some stressful life situations seem to have brought on some fatigue problems. I haven't been diagnosed with CFS, but that seems to be what I'm dealing with. My struggle is that I enjoy working out, especially lifting weights, and hiking but I can't do those things right now. I can walk and do a little bit of body weight exercise. I'm trying to increase my stamina but sometimes have a setback. It's hard to stay positive when you can't do what you'd really love to do.

My struggle is portion control of snack foods! So I eliminated certain ones from my house and replaced them with vegetables! Also drinking more water will help me stay full. Today's first success is having a healthy breakfast ! I even joined a dietbet for my first time ever (http://diet.bt/szasOj)
