I started this journey a year ago and have lost 40 lbs so far. I know it may seem like not a lot for a year but I was in my first year of teaching this year and things were very crazy at times and when I did stop I always made sure I stayed within 5 pounds of my stopping point! I plan to continue this journey and hope to finish up this year!

    40 lbs in a year is a great feat please remember this is a long term journey ,a life change 40 lbs is a huge accomplishment hun

    Wow, 40 lbs is a huge accomplishement!! I would rather lose it slow it is healthier for you and you will be more likely to keep it off and maintain your life style change!! You look so beautiful!! You will reach your goal!
