I am back in the MFP world. I am an almost 34 year old mom to six kids (four biological) I was successful with weight loss in the past in 2011 I dropped from 190 to 122. Today I am 162. Over the past few years I have been diagnosed with CEBV (Chronic Epstein Barr Virus) and most recently Adenomyosis and I am having hysterectomy on 12/11/15. I have avoided the scale for a couple of weeks and discovered that I am at my all time high in two years. I am going to use this time to get back at it and get healthy again. It is so frustrating because I have done it once, I know what to do to get there but I feel like I am stumbling. My goal weight is 135. In my case I do great except when my body brings out the "carb craving monster" then I undo all my hard work. Vicious cycle.
