if anyone is looking for an awesome / fast workout tabata is it. take any workout what u do is workout for 20sec rest for 10 and back again for 4 min . u can do it with any workout and running . i love this workout let me know what u think . just research it and look into it.

Tabata is an intense workout. I ended up buying sandbags, tractor tires, ropes, sledgehammers, and all kinds of odd gear for it. I believe 2 times a week is plenty since it's so intense. You gotta loooooove pain for that workout. :-D0 -

Yep, Tabata is hardcore stuff. I do it with my heavy bag (after warming up)...with planks, situps, all kinds of stuff.
The boost to your metabolism is intense.

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT !!!!!!!!! it really pushes u. i can run and run and lift and lift but when u do it at a fast pace with less weight it works u like a MOTHER!!0

yes results it will slim u down and cut u up . i dont measure i know im losing when my pants are falling down and my belt is on its last hole. =0) if u have like 20min b4 work or a busy life it works well.0

i also started at 250lbs im down to 226 and i started with tabata and when i cant get to the gym or i want to get a quick workout in at the fd i do it and love every min of it . u can get a app a tabata counter on your phone or ipod it helps.0

you can also get a GYMBOSS interval timer. It's pretty much designed for Tabata workouts.0
