Hello! A few friends of mine and myself have just started using this site to help us back on the wagon to take care of ourselves. I am hopeful to make friends and gain knowledge and really truly meet my goals this time around. I am a 24 year old gal from Utah with about 25-30 pounds to lose. I have a sit down job and I love video games. In the past year I have gained and lost the same 15 pounds about 4 times. I really want to get past that hump and change my life.
