So how do I prevent myfitnesspal to tell me I will gain weight ?

I don't bother to type in my exercise and as result of this myfitnesspal thinks I'm in a caloric excess and tells me I will gain weight written in red alarming numbers
Should I ignore it or is there a way to "fix" it. I don't track exercise cause it's additional work and I don't wanna look at the clock how long I have been exercising and I don't think it's actually accurate as it depends a lot on volume and temp and intensity how much calories we burn in exercise.

Don't hit the button to complete your diary. Or use a TDEE calculator to estimate your daily burn and eat 20% less than that number.0

^^ yep, that's your best (and perhaps only) solution. If you don't want to see the prediction, don't complete the diary.0

simple and exactly true.
As for my weight loss I'll just try to get down to 2800 calories or if it's too little 3000 cals and if I don't lose weight on that just cut it down even more.

If you aren't using MFP's calorie estimates just set your own calorie goal. I also don't track exercise calories, I just set MFP to a custom goal rather than a lose X pounds per week goal.0

I had the same issue when I was using a custom goal. Not closing is an option, but you can also change your activity level to high so that it's projected goal matches up better with your calculated TDEE goal. (It's really not important, but it still used to bug me a little that it said I'd gain when I had a perfectly reasonable goal and just wasn't logging exercise calories, so I put myself down as "active.")0

I never hit the complete button. I hated those red warnings too.0
