10lb in 5 weeks?

hi
I'm currently 9st 10lb 5"5 and going on holiday in 5 weeks!
I cycle to work and back which is 6 miles per day and i try to get to the gym but as a busy nurse i struggle too find the energy and my eating pattern varies.
I would like to lose 10lb
please help!

You could try extending your bike ride. Find a longer route to work.0

Actually, my advice is to make sure you're eating enough! Sometimes we think we should starve ourselves when we're not losing, but our bodies need fuel to burn efficiently, so have MFP figure your "active" lifestyle calories and come as close as you can every day. Lots of fresh veggies and lots of lean protein, very little processed food, it's really just the only way! You may be undereating... of course, not being able to see your diary I really can't offer the best advice, but really log every bite. You'll get close at least!!!!0

Probably worth starting from the top:
How much do you weigh?
Male/Female?
Current calories consumed daily?
Breakdown of foods?
Etc....Once you've done this you can work out out feasible your objective is.
It would be pretty tough losing 10lbs in 5 wks if you're not carrying excess is the way i look at it.
MFP setting can help you with the above when you programme your requirements from the site.
