Hi,
I've put on 20 pounds in the last year and can't seem to stop gaining. I want to munch all the time and am really lacking exercise motivation. I lost 130 pounds 2 years ago and don't want to get back there. Any similar scenarios? help!

I've lost and gained the same 20 pounds so many times it's not funny. I finally realized the more I eat the hungrier I feel and I also tend to munch when I'm stressed or bored. Now I exercise the stress away and read a book or do household chores to cure the boredom. Finding out why you want to munch is the key.0

I have the same problem... It's really depressing and then you start the self hating for not being able to get motivated again. All we can do is take it one day at a time. Good luck!0
