i cant find the 30 day shred on the exercise list?

ok i did the 30 day shred this morning, i now feel slightly hyper at work! lol. but i cant find it on the exercise list, what do people search for it?

    :grumble: I couldn't find the Biggest Loser Last chance workout on the list as well, so I just chose aerobics (moderate) for me. I have one of those things you wear around the chest and arm to measure how many calories you burn in a day. I am considering dragging it out and putting it on just to get an idea of the calories I burn during a daily workout. Jillian sure knows her stuff and will work the "crap" out of you. I feel like I am melting after one of her workouts....lol:laugh:

    I am loving the 30DS!! If you don't have a HRM, you can use Circuit Training to log the time. (That's what I do.)

    Have fun with it -- I've done the first ten days, and already have lost 1-1/2" in my waist, 1" in my hips and 1/2" in each of my thighs and arms. Jillian will kick your butt - but it's SO worth it!!
