P.S. if you're not losing, you're not in a deficit, so eating more isn't going to make you lose.

I halve what the machine says I have burned. They aren't accurate, even with the info you typed in. I learnt that the hard way

You are 19, even being completely sedentary you likely burn somewhere around 2400 calories a day. 2100 seems like a reasonable goal. The only way to know if it works is to try it for about 3-4 weeks.

OP, I don't have anything to add to what others have already suggested, just wanted to say GOOD FOR YOU for taking the time to get yourself educated and on track at such a young age!!

I wish I had been as smart when I was 19...

Thanks guys. I'm just going to stick with this new plan, and if it doesn't work I will eat a little less and exercise more until I find the balance.

Not much else to add except try not to burn yourself out on just eating the bro foods and doing loads and loads of exercises...it's a marathon not a race.

This week I've started eating about 2,100 calories over breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. That's what the personal trainer said to do, so I will try that out. I also used to do the exact same workout every day and I just started mixing it up...thanks for the replies!

@jamespenrod187 that sounds great. 90 days down the road you will know if her advice is working for you are not. Best of continued success.
