Hi
I am really focusing on my food intake with light workout routines.

I really am not looking for a coach, just like minded people who are facing the same trials.

I am a mom of two, a 16 yr old girl & 7 yr old boy.
I work full time and an married.

My work is demanding but some days I am planted at my best and other days I am here and there and everywhere. Since I start work at 7am, there is no time to work out in the morning and am in bed by 10 because I am up before 6am
