Leftover dill pickle juice makes a fantastic soak for chicken and doesn't add calories or fat while giving a great boost of flavor.
I soak the meat overnight and then cook as normal.
Just thought I'd share since I know some of you, like me, are looking for ways to get a different taste into chicken.

Huh, that's a cool idea. I love pickles and frequently use the leftover juice to make pickled eggs, so I'll have to give this a try. Thanks!0

Omg you've combined some of my 2 favorite foods! Can't wait to try this. I can my own dill-pickled green beans and I might even try my own brine from that on chicken. I wonder if it would be good on fish? Oh the possibilities that have been opened up to me!0 -
