Good morning myfitnesspal community!

My name is Jared. This isn't my first venture on myfitnesspal. I used to be a very active member roughly a year ago under the name NotThatEZ. Repeated injuries to my knee kept bringing me down and I eventually quit the program. I've figured out that my body can't take the pounding of HiiT exercises like Insanity and that I needed a change. I recently took up weight lifting and so far, in the first week, I love it.

Now with the new commitment, I plan on being very active again and need help/motivation to stay on track! I log everything daily as well as share my diary. But lets be honest, this isn't just about me. I'm here to help anyone else that needs the motivation; that needs that kick in the butt. If you took the time to read this, thank you.
