The power to stop! say no!

So today is a rough day. I'm trying really hard to continue with my balance eating....but i keep craving junk foods because i keep telling my self "no!" I been eating a lot if junk and today suppose to be a new day...

    What works for me is I keep it out of the house xD
    At the store I really want to buy cookies and such but I know that I cant eat in moderation so I just dont buy it! I just have a pop or a sweet fruit like watermelon. :smile:

    My strategies from 2 years of lessons learned (it really is a journey): No bulk or large amount of convenience snacks in the house; instead buy small amount of single serve items to have 1 each w/ dinner; protein chips during the day; all other snacks have to require effort -- either making it from a mix (single serve brownies and muffins, e.g.,) or go out and buy it at the store.
