This is my first pregnancy and I wanted to know if this app can take into account dietary needs during pregnancy?!? I need some guidance.

I don't believe so. Basically you'll need to increase calories in the 400-600/day range. Eat healthy fats, adequate protein, and keep carbs below 120 (don't want a sugar baby!).0

I set up a weight gain goal on MFP and I'm hoping that helps. I'm also using Ovia and once you enter you data it will calculate how much of each food group you need based on you BMI and trimester.0
