When should I weigh myself?

How often should I weigh myself? Is it ok to do every day or two? Or is once a week better?

    First thing in the morning, after using the bathroom and before eating/drinking, wearing the same amount of clothes is usually the best time. As for frequency...as long as daily fluctuations don't affect your mood, you can weigh daily. People who do that will usually use a weight tracking application to look at the trends over time (Happy Scale, Libra, Trendweight, etc.) But if seeing it go up and down will both you, weekly or less is fine.

    I would say that to weight once a week is enough..and for sure always in the morning...

    This is what I do, and always without clothes. And I try to do it every day. It's amazing how much your weight can fluctuate from day to day, or time of day (and time of the month) so I try to keep regular tabs on it. I find my weight can go up or down as much as 5 pounds (water weight).
