I changed my working hours last week. After working full time for 30 years, I am now only working 20 hours a week and I don't want to get bored, lazy and fall into bad habits

    Hi there, get yourself busy in multiple activities. It will keep you much more fitter healthier and off course happier. Also keep a track on your food intake here.

    I sometimes forget how fun exercise can be
