I'm in! I didn't do the fall challenge but did one for the month of November and came up 4 lbs short of my goal. I usually weigh in on Thursdays but can switch to Tuesdays. Total lost so far since starting in Oct is 16.5 lbs

Do you ever feel like there are forces at work to take you off course? To make this 90 day journey an effective one, we must believe in who we are, and the goals we've chosen to get ourselves there! Let us awake and have a plan that will keep us from where we need to be. Stand your ground and refuse to allow anyone or anything derail your goals. Set your will to stay focused.
