Hey everyone
My weekly workouts consist of 3-4 days of treadmill work 30-60 minutes at different intensity intervals. During a regular treadmill work out it fluctuates every 60-90 seconds between a speed range of 4.0-7.0. (gotta keep the body guessing)
In addition to the treadmill I also do 30 minutes or so of heavy lifting (generally not if I do an hour on the treadmill).
Most recently I started doing a Body Pump class at my gym, which was actually a blast.
I am really wanting to fast track the last leg of my journey and I find it best that often workout changes really help.
What are some of your favorite workout routines? weights, cardio, spin, yoga?
What do you do for your most favorite workout?
What is your hardest workout?
Thanks MFP Family

I think that as long as you're eating at a reasonable deficit (but also enough to fuel your body) - then you're on the right track. In my experience, there's really no way to "fast track"anything with weight loss, and especially not the last part. I feel like it's taken me forever to lose 10 lbs because I didn't have much to lose to begin with. The last part is the slowest and I think you'll be happier if you set reasonable expectations for yourself.0

Help for what? If you're trying to lose fat, that's more about calorie intake.0 -

I didn't ask for help.....I asked what different things people enjoy doing most as their exercise.0
