Hi. I would love the visual impact of a ticker that shows where I am I'm my journey. Anyone know how to make one? If you have one, does it motivate you?

Go to apps and you can create one and get the url to copy/paste for websites and add to your profile0

There is a basic default ticker for every user, you can view yours on the Web version by navigating to MY HOME > Profile. You can customize the ticker by navigating to APPS > Tickers.

OK, I went to apps and chose "ticker" from the menu, but I'm still not sure how to change things like making the ticker read from starting to ending weight (instead of zero to goal), or how to update it once I've made changes, or even how to get the ticker to attach to my message--unless I succeed in attaching it to this one.0
