Water intake

I need to drink plenty of water throughout the day. I usually take two 16.9 Oz bottles with me to work everyday. I also drink a lot of water from the water fountain at work. I was wondering if there's a way to log how much water I drink from the fountain during each session?

I hope I'm understanding your question correctly, but what if you reuse the water bottle and fill it up to 8 or 4 ounces at a time? That way you can keep track of exactly how much you are drinking from the water fountain.

If you use the same fountain regularly, Time how long the fountain takes to fill 1 cup...10 seconds? If you drink for 5 seconds... 1/2 cup? Good luck!

count how many swallows it takes to finish a 16.9 bottle of water, then count how many swallows you take at the fountain? (I'd personally go with refilling the water bottle though)

I refill the same bottle all day to make that a non issue for me :)

Fill your bottle at the fountain or use a collapsible cup.

I've never understood the need to log water intake. There are no calories in water.

Most people log it to make sure they are drinking enough, I personally don't but I know if I don't think about it and make a conscious effort, I won't get nearly enough water each day

I just drink 1 bottle per day, it keeps it simple.
