ok just got my self a HRM and found a calculation online to work out the calories i burned doing 2 hours of house work.(age, weight time and hrm went in). unless im doing it wrong it said i burned 635 calories. I thought this couldnt be right so i looked on http://www.triathlontrainingblog.com/calculators/calories-burned-calculator-based-on-average-heart-rate/ and that said 445. im very confused. which would be more accurate or should i just take an average of the 2??

The website doesn't know just how hard you are working, if you are bending over a lot, really wiping things down, etc. I'd trust my HRM because it was there with me and I know how hard I cleaned.0
