Im NOT a techy! How to Sync fitbit to MFT.

I have a fitbit charge and I would like to have it synched to my MFP account but I don't know how??? Any ppl out there that could help me??? Pretty please!

  across the top of your home screen you will see apps, right between reports and community, click on that, and scroll down till you see \fit bit, you can add it there
