I'm aiming to be 184 lbs by Tuesday.
Most of my life I've had a very slow metabolism. Although, the weight loss industry tells us that reducing your calorie intake is way more important than exercising, I have to say in my case it's about 50/50. My exercising allows me to have some wiggle room with my diet. It is very discouraging when one has been dieting for 2 weeks and if you decide to cheat one day it increases your weight by so much. Exercising helps with that. So I've decided to watch my daily calories as well as jump on my elliptical for 10-20 mins each day. I am definately noticing a difference! I will also be walking my dog from 30-60 mins daily.0 -
I think this is just what I need! I like the long term aspect.

Weigh-in! (Since Friday is my day.)
Current weight: 158
Goal weight: 155
Lbs lost: 2
I'll give it good odds that the number will fluctuate up and down over the next couple weeks, now that I'm on the tail end of being sick, and actually want to eat food again. Water weight and all that jazz.0 -

Let's put ourselves where we see ourselves and take the necessary responsibilities toward making those goals happen!

Ok I'm awake and technically its Tuesday here, so . . .
I've lost 2.6 pounds.
Some of it is probably water weight, since I fell out of routine earlier last week, then got back in on Thursday and plan to keep on with routine. Still, its nice to see. I'll weigh again this Thursday.0 -
