Motivation From Like Minded People

It is hard to get the proper motivation needed when my other half is tall and thin and has never had weight issues or has never had to battle with eating healthy. He eats a double quarter pounder with cheese everyday and stays slim and trim. Hoping to get some support from people who have the same goals and trouble. Encourage one another and such. Thank you. Good luck to all!

I can so relate...my husband eats & snacks in the evening & teenage stepson CONSTANTLY eats & is thin as a rail, age 14 and sprouting up--recently got stuck accompanying them both to McDs while they ate lunch & I didn't even ask for 1 frenchfry---that was really hard!!! I had to tell MYSELF afterwards that was WILLPOWER. I kept telling myself repeatedly that Wanting to lose weight IS more important and what I WANT. As women, we work so hard often to nuture, look after others & fail to really take care of Ourself. I am committed to trying to put my needs first for a change & eating on my plan & getting my daily exercise MUST be a daily priority.0
