A little inspiration needed?

It takes time to get the things you want. It's never about how much you do it or how heavy you go. It's about how hard you work and how badly you want it. You have to want it, taste it, breath it, sleep it, feel it. You've got to earn the results you strive for and trust me... All you have to do is work for it. You can talk all you want, saying all the things you want to doing, all the things you're going to do but all that matters are the things you're doing now...at this moment... Those things you're doing now are going to get you the things you want to achieve. You wanna lose weight then do it. You wanna build muscle, do it. You want to simply be more fit and health, guess why? DO IT! You don't get anywhere in life unless you do it! After you read this, say LETS DO IT! I don't care if your mom is in the room.... You're brother, sister, wife, dog, aunt, uncle... You say it and when they ask you "you'll do what?" You tell them with full confidence what you're going to do!
