Hey everybody, I've been at it for 65 days so far and have lost 30 lbs!

Im 5'10 and started at 272 and this morning weighed in at 242, my goal weight is170.

This has been hard but so much fun!

    Being really strict on my calorie intake. Eating between 1,200 - 1,900 a day and also doing a juice fast once every couple weeks.

    Plus run/walking about 3 miles everyday. And doing push-ups crunches every evening.
