Sofia Introduction

Hi everyone, I'm Sofia and my goal is to be 140-145lbs. In June this year I turned 35 years old and got really nervous since I know as women aged it is harder to lose weight, especially due to the fact that I was not active as I used to be due to graduate school. It seems like everytime I start school I put on so much weight. I am currently 179.6lbs and it saddens me because I put on so more weight than I how I was over three years during my undergraduate program. I was 175lbs and went down to 138lbs which was great because I kept the weight for over three years. With that said I know that I can lose weight but I need your help to stay on the band wagon. I really need your help because not any of my clothes fit me and I am not feeling to good about myself. Forgive me for the long intro, but I need your help. Please help me stay on track.

    I can understand your frustration. I was really over weight lost it all and over the years gained it back. Now I'm working on losing it for good.
