Any tips on getting rid of belly fat that actually work exercise or food wise. I think I carry so much weight in my stomach area it physically hurts and not to mention it's kinda hard to wear pants help me please!!

Eat at a calorie deficit. There isn't any spot reducing.0

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. As you lose, you'll lose from everywhere. Eat at a deficit and eventually, that belly will go. Good luck!0
