We can do this!!!!

Hi everyone! So I thought of bringing all the people who need motivation together, so that we can motivate each other! I have a goal of losing 30lbs....10lb/month ( keeping it realistic).....I would eat clean and do 30 min of cardio everyday.....( with medical studies...I can manage only this much!)....I am a fan of blogilates....so I might put in one of those exercises here and there! Lets log in it daily here!! That will help us in our accountability!!! So 12/7 to 1/7 cmon lets do it!
