If you go a little bit of track on a bulk?

Quick question, ive been bulking for 2 weeks so still new too this, ive been quite strict on a 3000kcal 1lb a week gain. However last few days i have messed up abit, went out drinking, went for a chinese meal etc.. so i went way over. Anyway if you have one of these days, do you just get on with it and go back to normal the next day, or do you drop your calorie intake for a few days to make up for it?

I just continue as is...the extra calories will make your workouts feel even better...0 -
