Hey!! I'm new!

Good Morning! My name is Jarah, I'm new to the app. I like it a lot. It keeps me motivated to stay on track when I have to input everything. I have no friends on here so I think it's good for me to reach out. I'm needing to loose over 100lbs. And taking it day by day is hard because I get anxious but so far I've been a lot better at changing my habits and whatnot!
