Hai, I'm Mandy. I just found out I weigh 226 lbs. I'm tired of wanting to lose weight, but not actually doing it. My problem is I need support, so I created this account, and I'm gonna start eating healthy and working out.

Hi Mandy ! I also started at around that weight ( I'm 135 now )
Calorie counting does work ! No silly fad diets or gimmicks needed. Just get yourself a food scale and learn about portions. Weigh all your foods ( yes everything!) And practice moderation.
I lost all my weight while still enjoying the foods I love, but within my calorie goals. I had and still have ice cream every single night. I weigh it now and use proper portion control instead of eating the entire gallon.
Weight loss comes down to a calorie deficit. Eat less and move more ! All that you need to do is create a calorie deficit to lose weight. So if I could do you, so can you ! Don't get sucked into the fads and gimmicks, just eat less then you burn and you'll lose weight ! :) best of luck !

@MandyMonsterLuvzCookieMonster.. I'm in the same boat! Constantly feeling unhappy/unhealthy but not really doing much about it.
I wish you the best of luck!!

Hi Mandy, I had the similar problem until I found this app as I found few nice friends who are encouraging me. I have already lost 4 kgs and looking to loose 15 more in a long run. So as a curtesy I offer my help and support to you so that you can also reach your fitness goal. Please feel free to add me.
