Hi Everyone,

I just joined today. I have never tried myfitnesspal, so any hints would be greatly appreciated! I lost 30 pounds on WW 3 years ago but after a back injury I gained it all back and then some. I didn't want to go back to WW since they have changed their site and I don't want to waste time learning it. I figure if I have to load in my favorite foods/dinner, I should start on a new site. Next step is to load the app onto my phone and hope it links to my home computer. Does myfitnesspal work well with a fitbit? What is a good group to join?

    Welcome! I can't help you on the FitBit part, but I can tell you this site works. Get a good group of friends for motivation as well as encouragement. Set your lbs to lose per week or around 1lb and eat within your calorie range daily (eating back at least half you exercise calories). Feel free to add me. :)
