I lost my mojo somewhere along the way and when I started to gain weight, I remember saying to myself "Ron, you need to get back to the basics"
I never had a problem exercising or focusing when it came to losing but, somewhere along the way, I let myself go. Even when my waist felt tighter, I actually for a minute thought they shrunk in the wash...lol.
I knew better but, still I had that no worry attitude. I have been here before well, in the vicinity but never here per say.
Certain things happen lately that made me concerned like tying my shoes and standing back up and feeling like I have been holding my breath or the littlest thing I do, I pull a muscle...lol.
Like a fighter, I'm planning my comeback. It will be hard but nothing that I have not done before but like with any comeback, I always plan. I plan my course of attack but for the first time, I would like to ask the community for your insight and help.
Please send me your recipes to help me succeed. I need food ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course snack time too.
It was a time I did this all by myself and enjoyed the results but, I think this time, I better obtain some allies.

    Part-skim string cheese that comes in little separate wrappers. It's a brilliant thing! 2 sticks and a hard-boiled egg make a great large snack for me. Roma tomatoes are also awesome to snack on. Hummus is great.

    Oh, you have to take the time to pull the string cheese apart. Eat it in little pieces. That's part of why it works so well as a snack for me; I usually practically inhale cheese :grin:

    Stop planning and just get back to work. If you have lost weight before, you already know what to do.

    What foods are you eating? Chicken thighs? Beans? Oatmeal?
    Try grilling or roasting vegetables like broccoli, squash, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, zucchini, asparagus.
