I started my journey at 168lbs today I'm down to 148lbs... I can't believe the transformation!

Only, 20lbs more to go! :)

    I was a little discouraged because the numbers dropping on the scale had slowed, but once I saw the pics I realized I was losing inches all this time as well! I can`t wait to see what another 20lb loss looks like!

    Yup 20lbs! I'm doing the Ideal Protein diet so I'm burning fat like crazy - I'm losing inches as well as lbs!
