Need help for quick weight loss

I'm trying to lose 20 lbs. by Febuary, does anyone have any good tips for that in general and to stay motivated and keep the weight off?

    You could try amputation lol...seriously there are no quick fixes as everyone here will tell you. It's. Just CICO. Good luck :wink:

    Quick is never good nor healthy.

    Motivational things: Get support from family or friends. Maybe find someone likeminded who also wants to lose some weight.

    Other stuff:
    Track things properly. Get a scale that shows grams, never measure in caps (those aren't always accurate for dry goods). Try to stay inside your calorie goal. Also track drinks (you'd be amazed how many calories a soda can add!)

    Optional:
    Find a sport you really like and do that. Keeping fit has many health benefits.

    Can't help you there. I think quick is the enemy of keep it off.

    What's with the deadline?

    If you have less to lose, it will take longer. Quick is not always good.
