Hello!
My name is Bev. I live in Phoenix, Az. I have about 100 lbs to lose, which is daunting to think about. So I have broken it down to 20 lb increments. I have serious problems with motivation. I have been on mumerous weightloss journeys to no avail. I need as much support as possible. Thank you!
