Hmmm I haven't been there in a while... but they used to have whole grain pancakes. You could get those with fruit.0

They have a "healthy" menu but make sure you ask them to not use butter or oil in anything. Stick with egg whites, fresh fruit and unbuttered bread/toast/etc.0
-
I'd probably just get a veggie egg white omelet with a side of fruit0
-
I usually go for a couple scrambled eggs (NOT SUBSITITUE, it's nasty), whole wheat toast and whatever fresh fruit they have.0
-
they have turkey sausage and egg beaters and its pretty good.0

Egg beater/egg white omelets with light cheese and lots of veggies! English muffin or wheat toast are your best bet for breads and add a fruit cup/cottage cheese and fruit for dessert!0

Last time I went, I tried the "simply fit" i believe it was called?? If I remember right it was half a waffle maybe, some turkey bacon, eggs and fruit. Was really good and filling. It was on the menu.0

They have those healthy option omelets that are sooo good served with fruit. I am pretty sure they are in the 300 cal range.0

They have healthier options. When I go, I get the Simple and Fit Spinach, Mushroom, and Tomato Omelette With Fresh Fruit. It's a total of :
Calories 330
Total Fat 12 g
Saturated 5 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g
Monounsaturated 0 g
Trans 0 g
Cholesterol 25 mg
Sodium 690 mg
Potassium 0 mg
Total Carbs 30 g
Dietary Fiber 5 g
Sugars 19 g
Protein 28 g
--Also, in the food database, you can just look up ihop and see what's listed. You can get an idea of what you can eat.0 -

MMM yUMYY!! I THINK ILL GO WITH THE VEGGIE OR TURKEY OMELET!! tHANKS EVERYONE!!!0

Just go a la carte...2 eggs are 140 cals, bacon is 40 cals per slice, wheat toast is about 110 cals per slice and fresh fruit is 70 or less cals per serving. Order a simple breakfast your own way rather than having to decide from their signature breakfasts.0
