On the exercise tracker does anyone know why there is no category for cleaning house? Laundry, sweeping, washing dishes, all of those can burn calories but I couldn't find anything to compare the calorie burn to. :noway:

I'm new to MyFitnessPal. Why doesn't strength training count towards calories burned?? When I look it up elsewhere, I see 259 calories per hour for my weight. I tried to add an exercise, but it only counts reps and weights. Am I looking in the wrong place?0

search for it under cardio. there is also a circuit training listed under cardio if you do cardio with weights.0

Thanks, that was what I was thinking. Just kinda misleading, having strength training broken out.0
