hi i am new to mfp and thought i would introduce myself really wanting to see if anyone in southampton area goes to the gym if so which one and if anyone needs a gym buddy? i feel i am more motivated if i am working out with someone else

    Hello, welcome! I'm from Bournemouth, not too far from southampton but obviously i use a gym in bournemouth, shame though as i would like a gym buddy too!
